Refund policy

Please Note: We do not accept returns as most of our items are printed/made after you place an order on our website.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
All our customized/personalized products(such as special orders or personalized items) are Non-Returnable. For best print results we request you to please share high quality/resolution photos. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues(What If you receive damaged/wrong product?)
Please make a clear package opening video and inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not entertain any damage claims after 3 days of receiving the product/order/package. For claims contact us on email: info@photoncrafts.in.

For T-shirts only size can be exchanged.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For exchange you have to raise exchange request within 3 days of receiving the order. Email: info@photoncrafts.in.

Please note customised/personalised T-shirts can not be returned or exchanged in any condition.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
